Even those ones you think are really lovely and snug will not even come close to the extreme coziness and comfort that can only be experienced with down. With the proper care and a decent cover, your down comforter will provide you with many years of warmth and blissful cosiness, so the initial cost is not really so high when you consider the life span of quality bedding.

While out shopping, you will see that duck down and feathers are generally less expensive than goose down and feathers. Equipping your bed with a quality down comforter, decent sheets, and good pillows is the least you can do for yourself if your 7 or 8 hours of daily sleep is to be as blissful as it should be.
